End of August 2009 – January 2010: Application process
- You will receive the Exhibitors Documents by post (application form + information file), also online
- Possibly write your location preferences on the application form, hall allocation will be realised best possible
- Minimum stand size 9 sqm
- Stand rental costs 115 EUR/sqm, only for the space: no stand construction (walls, carpet etc.) included!
- Attention: Closing date 15 January 2010! Fax sufficient
- OutDoor will confirm the receipt of your application by post; you will receive order forms for promotion material and room reservation as well
February – May 2010: Hall allocation
- Allocation of the halls with regard to products (categories like shoes, fashion, mountaineering equipment…); chronological order of applications is not decisive for the stand positioning
- Individual stand offers by e-mail
- You have to re-confirm the stand location by e-mail for finally booking this stand!
April – May 2010: Admission
- You will receive the admission documents by post:
- Admission invoice (stand rental fee, AUMA fee, possibly power consumption like in the previous year, waste disposal fee and media entry fee (for prices see application). By that time no payment is due! Termof payment after receipt of invoice: 50 % immediately, 50 % by 1 June 2010. (Easiest way of payment:Form. No.1 – Direct-debit mandate for credit cards)

- Forms:
- Attention: Closing date 1 June 2010! Fax sufficient
April 2010:
- Catalogue entries: You will receive the login data by e-mail for entries in OutDoor Catalogue (Handbook)
as well as OutDoor Guide
- Attention: The Catalogue entry will not be made automatically! Please make your entry online or by fax;

- OutDoor INDUSTRY AWARD 2010: You will receive the application brochure by post for your participation in the OutDoor INDUSTRY AWARD, also online at: www.ifdesign.de / organized by
- Attention: Closing date approx. 15 June 2010
May 2010:
- Booking of marketing services: Advertising spaces, Banner, Logos, Sponsoring
- Booking of Conference rooms
- Inquiries for Stand parties
- Booking of media services like e.g. New product announcements, Personalities at your stand, Press conferences, Press boxes at the press center/online
- Guest tickets: You will receive the requested number of 1 day or 4 day ticket vouchers by post, for your customer mailings
- Ticket shop for visitors online; also exchanging Vouchers online
- Parking tickets: You will receive by post the ordered numbers of parking tickets between the halls; all other parking spaces are for free/without parking ticket
June 2010:
- Closing date for Technical forms: 1 June 2010
(Invoice directly from sub-contractors)
- Exhibitor passes: You will receive the free exhibitor passes (number depending from the stand size) by post; further exhibitor passes can be ordered by e-mail
- Attention: You will only receive the exhibitor passes by post once the admission invoice is totally paid (due on 1 June 2010)

Construction main hall way carpet
On Wednesday July 14, 2010 from 6 p.m. the main hall ways have to be free of building material, because of the carpet laying. It is not allowed to drive with vehicles on the carpet!
Dismantling
July 18, 2010 from 5.30 p.m. (Open for vehicles on July 18th from 6 p.m.)
Till July 22 daily 7 a.m. - 6 p.m for the latest
Other dismantling times upon request.

Terms of payment
50 % immediately, 50 % by June 1, 2010. Invoices issued after June 1, 2010 have to be paid in full immediately. (Most convenient: Please use direct-debit mandate for credit cards form no. 1 ).
