At OutDoor, the textile section now takes up over 50 percent of the exhibition space. That means over 40,000 sqm of floor space are textile-related.
Outdoor clothing is the “Formula 1” of the textile industry, with leisurewear rapidly benefiting from the innovations that are developed here. People are happy to have a smart, yet wind- and waterproof and breathable jacket for leisurewear as well. Outdoor fashion has developed into a strong growth market with a huge market volume in Europe.
